Egyptian National Railroads (ENR)
Managed the Maintenance Improvement Initiative for the Egyptian National Railways (ENR) working with CH2M HILL/Booz Allen Strategy staff. Developed the maintenance and inspection program and recommended the short-term quick wins to enhance the condition of the equipment and customer service satisfaction. Led the transformation of ENR maintenance program from reactive to preventive maintenance.
