Provided management and technical support to FRA Office of Grants Management in overseeing the PRIIA Section 305 Rolling Stock procurements and participated in the development of the HVAC specification sections. This includes oversight of technical and project management aspects for the Caltrans new Bi-level coaches from Nippon Sharyo, the new Multistate Charger Locomotives from Siemens for Midwest states, Amtrak, WashDOT, Maryland MTA and, and NCDOT locomotive and cab car conversions.
