Supported SFRTA procure new BL36PH diesel electric locomotives from Brookville. Led the team developing the procurement strategy, the contract documents and technical specification. Developed the specifications for HVAC system, carbody and truck requirements. Led the contract evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendation. Also led the effort to successfully defend the protested selection of the supplier of the new locomotives.
